Hello World

When I landed my first engineering internship, I realized two things: first, this was the start of an incredible adventure and second, that I would have never gotten to that point if I hadn’t been taught a wealth of insider knowledge ahead of time. Both of those impressions have persisted across every new opportunity and job I’ve encountered in this field since.

I love how upwardly mobile STEM is. That upward mobility does not, however, mean that this industry is without unspoken expectations. From resume formats to performance reviews, there is a wealth of information that you simply need to know to be as successful as you could be, and that can be hard to come by without someone letting you in on the secrets.

That’s where I come in. My purpose is to get as much useful professional information into your hands so that you go into your next interview, career fair, internship, lateral move, or salary negotiation as prepared as possible. We STEM professionals are known for our meticulous approach to problem solving, and I believe your career is deserving of the same research and attention as your technical work. I hope you leverage these resources to be as employed, empowered, and impactful as possible.

I’m delighted you’re here, go kick some ass!
